Northlake Christian School serves students as early as 6 weeks through 12th grade.

• Early Learning Center: 7am-5:30pm (morning carline is from 7-8:30am; afternoon carline is from 3-4pm)
• Elementary: 8am-3pm (morning carline is from 7:30-8am; afternoon carline is from 3-3:30pm)
• Secondary: 7:50am-3:10pm (morning carline is from 7:30-7:50am; afternoon carline is from 3:10-3:30pm)

Before care and after care are available for Pre-K4 - 6th grade students. Before care begins at 6:45am, and after care ends at 5:30pm. Extended care is also available after school only for 7th & 8th graders and is required for students who are not able to be picked up by the end of afternoon carline. Jr. high extended care also ends at 5:30pm. 

Uniforms are required for Kindergarten through 12th grade and may be purchased at the on-campus Wolverine Wearhouse or online at wolverinewearhouse.org.

Lunch for ELC and PK 4 students is included with tuition. For all other students, lunch is purchased using a prepaid account through FACTS, the school’s student information system.

Daily menu options include freshly made salads, sandwiches, pizza, burgers, chicken sandwiches, as well as two daily full lunch meals. Lunch menus are published monthly and are available in the principals' weekly newsletters. The menu is also available on the Northlake app.

Limited bus service in the Mandeville, Madisonville, and Covington area is offered for an additional fee. 

In support of our mission to truly know, nurture, and mentor each student individually, Northlake intentionally keeps class sizes small. Class sizes vary year-to-year and by grade level, but the overall elementary and secondary student-to-teacher ratio is 16:1.

Northlake Christian School is accredited through the Southern Association of Independent Schools (SAIS) and Cognia. NCS is also a member school of with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and LHSAA.

As a covenant school, Northlake aims to partner with the Christian community to provide a Christ-centered environment in which faith is integrated with academic excellence, shaping students into intelligent, compassionate leaders who will impact the world for Christ. At least one parent must sign an affirmation of the family’s alignment with the school’s Statement of Faith.

Students must be the following age on or before the dates indicated below.
ELC toddler 1: by Oct 1
ELC P2 2: by Oct 1
ELC P3 3: by Oct 1
Kindergarten 5: on or before September 30

Applications for the upcoming school year are accepted beginning October 1st and through the start of the new school year. Mid-year applicants should contact the admissions office for availability.

If an enrolled student must withdraw from Northlake Christian School before or during the school year, whether at the request of the parent or NCS, the parents’ financial liability for tuition (and any distinctive academic program fees, if applicable) is shown on the proration schedule below. When a student enters mid-year, tuition is prorated according to the delayed entry schedule here.
