If this is your first application with NCS, click the link below to create a new FACTS parent portal account using your email address. (If you already have a FACTS parent portal account, click the link and log in using your existing account information.) 

The online application will walk you through the step-by-step process, including required documents that will accompany the application: birth certificate, grades from the current academic year (1st-12th grade), grades from previous academic year (2nd-12th grade), most recent standardized test scores, most recent ACT score (if applicable), as well as email addresses for academic, spiritual and character referrals and the application fee ($125 for Pre-K 4 - 12th grade and $25 for ELC).

Incoming Kindergarteners: Student applicants will complete a readiness screening facilitated by current NCS Kindergarten teachers in the spring prior to the start of Kindergarten.

Grades 1-12: Once the application has been completed and required documentation has been submitted, applicants will be required to complete a STAR reading and math assessment as well as a writing sample during one of our on-campus assessment days.

Early Learning Center: Parents of 2 & 3 year olds will be invited to bring their child for a scheduled meet-and-greet with the ELC administrative team and some time for the child to interact in the classroom. (not applicable for infants and toddlers)

Pre-K 4 - 12th Grade: After review of the applicant’s completed application, accompanying documents, and assessment results, the admissions committee will invite qualified applicants to an admissions interview with the applicable principal. Both parents are strongly encouraged to attend with their student, but at least one parent must attend the interview with the student. The interview is a valuable opportunity for the NCS team to get to know your family, and for you to get to know our team and the school - our heart for Christian education, our commitment to challenging each child to achieve his or her own maximum potential, and the wide array of opportunities available to NCS students.

The admissions committee will thoughtfully review each applicant's complete admissions file. Applicants accepted for admission to NCS will receive an offer of enrollment via email. The offer of enrollment will outline the instructions on how to complete your FACTS account set-up and the enrollment packet. All new enrollments must be submitted with the enrollment fee (payable online by ACH or credit card at the end of the process). To secure your child’s placement in the class, we ask that parents complete the enrollment packet within two weeks of the offer of enrollment.
