A native of Oxford, Mississippi, Dr. Shorter brings an outstanding record of academic and spiritual leadership to NCS. He has served in administrative roles in churches, schools and universities since 1985. After his undergraduate degree was earned, he received his Master of Divinity degree and four years later completed his dissertation, earning his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Leadership. He and his wife Beth have devoted their lives to Christian education. Their four sons are actively involved at NCS and along with their classmates they strive to exemplify a Christ-like manner in all things.

| Monty Fontenot |

| Secondary Principal |
Mr. Fontenot holds his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Belhaven College and his Masters in Education Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi. He has served as Secondary School Principal since 2001. Mr. Fontenot is a 2008 Fellow of the School Leadership Center of Greater New Orleans. Mr. Fontenot and his wife, Jan, are parents of three NCS students: Ellen, Adele and Claire. The Fontenot family attends church at Northlake Assembly of God in Covington where Monty serves on the Deacon Board.

| Courtney Haindel |

Courtney Haindel came to Northlake Christian in 2004. Prior to moving to the Northshore, she taught for four years in Baton Rouge as an English and Resource teacher to students with learning disabilities, specifically dyslexia. Courtney taught two years of Secondary English at Northlake and has been the Secondary Principal since 2007. She holds her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Louisiana State University and her Masters of Education in Administration & Supervision from Southeastern Louisiana University. Courtney is a 2011 Fellow of the School Leadership Center. She is married to Ben Haindel, a graduate of Northlake who also serves as the Social Studies Department Chair and Director of Camp Northlake. Courtney works in the Secondary School and also runs the school's Marketing and Advertising efforts. Ben and Courtney have three children, Mary Evelyn and Molly Mae and Campbell, all of whom have both attended NCS since preschool.

| Missie Arnold |

| Elementary Principal |
Missie Arnold came to Northlake Christian in 2006 and has taught 5th and 6th grade Language Arts since then. Prior to moving to the Northshore, she taught kindergarten, 4th – 6th grades, and 9th -12th grades English/ Language Arts over her sixteen year career in the classroom. She has served as the Elementary Student Senate Sponsor and as the Curriculum Resource Teacher while here at Northlake. Ms. Arnold holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Loylola University, New Orleans and her Masters of Education from Indiana Wesleyan University. Ms. Arnold has one son, Mitchell, who also attends Northlake.

| Jody Hawkins |

Jody Hawkins came to Northlake from Franklin, Tennessee. She is a native of Louisiana and has been a classroom teacher for twenty three years. She and her husband have been in the ministry for thirty three years. She holds a BA degree in Liberal Studies from McNeese State University, a BA in Theology from Faith Bible College, a MAET from UNO, studied at New Orleans Academy of Fine Arts and did post graduate work at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. Jody and Sam have three boys, Joshua, Samuel and Zacary (who is an NCS graduate), a daughter in law, Missie, and a grandson, Wyatt. |

| Maureen Gaddy |

| Preschool Principal |
Under Mrs. Maureen Gaddy’s direction, NCS preschool enrollment has surged by 85% in the past three years. Mrs. Gaddy holds her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Baptist Christian College and her Masters in Education Administration from William Carey College in southern Mississippi. Mrs. Gaddy accumulated 20 years of elementary teaching experience before taking the reins at the NCS Preschool in 2001. She and her husband, Pastor Harold Gaddy of Bible Baptist Church in Washington Parish, have four children: Jim, Sally, Jill and Molly. Besides serving in every capacity at Bible Baptist Church from Vacation Bible School Director to church pianist, Mrs. Gaddy has also taught Sunday school for more than 30 years.

Jane England came to Northlake from New Orleans in 2006 after Hurricane Katrina. She is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee and has had the opportunity to serve the Lord through business and accounting in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Louisiana in academic, non-profit, governmental, and for-profit entities. She holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Georgetown College and an M.B.A. degree in Management from Morehead State University. Jane and her husband, Allen, have two sons, Wil and Luke, who are students at Northlake Christian School. |

| Lynn Graham |

| Director of Ministry Advancement |
Lynn Graham serves as the Director of Ministry Advancement. She began as a preschool teacher in 1987 and then became preschool director in 1991 and was also in charge of the afterschool care programs and summer camps. In 1997 Lynn left NCS for a one year sabbatical. Returning in 1998 she took a long-term sub position in third grade where she continued for the next year. In 2001, Lynn moved to the business office as the receptionist and Dave Diamond’s assistant. During her business office tenure she has been admissions director, office manager, accounts receivable, alumni director, and an administrative officer of the Office of Ministry Advancement. Lynn has been married to Dr. Mark Graham for 40 years and has three sons and three grandchildren. |
